Product Review- Physiclo Workout Gear

Physiclo Workout Wear

Physiclo  was developed by medical students and athletes. It is designed to make workouts more efficient.  It is compression wear that has built in resistance.  The resistance engages the muscles to boost workout intensity. This helps to achieve better results in less time.

I tried the capris. They have built in resistance bands  with outer and inner resistance panels.
They felt like I was wearing really tight rubber bands.  The resistance is designed to make you stronger.

The web site claims that runners that wore these to train for 10 weeks were 8 minutes faster in their marathon races.  The tights add resistance equal to a strength workout with out comprising form.

They felt really comfortable. I wore them for my long easy run and bike and plan on wearing them every week until my outdoor season starts in June.

They also come in shorts and full length tights for men.

  1. These workout gear clothing styles are superb. Saw one of my college mate wearing glossy and perfect fit workout leggings with cool tops many times. Her clothing styles are quite different and attractive. Want the same designs and patterns for myself as well. I know will have to ask her about the store she shops such great stuff.
