Fair Friday-Hormone Balancing Serum

I've had a really hard time with hot flashes and some other menopause symptoms.  I've tried a number of supplements with no positive results. I also tried hormone replacement therapy, but it was over $200 a month and it is not healthy to be on artificial hormones long term. So I was willing to try some treatment with essential oils.  I have been diffusing these same oils and the hot flashes have almost completely disappeared.  I got the recipe from the book "Essential Oils, Ancient Medicine" by Dr. Josh Axe, Ty Bollinger and Jordan Rubin.

2 tablespoons Evening Primrose oil
30 drops Clary Sage essential oil
30 drops Thyme essential oil
30 drops Ylang, Ylang essential oil

Mix all of the ingredients in a small bottle.  Rub 5 drops onto neck twice each day.
