Today's recipe is very simple with just a few ingredients. The celery and mushrooms perfectly compliment the beef. This dish is quick to throw together. I hope you enjoy it.
Beef with Celery
1 lb beef steak sliced
1/2 white onion sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
8 ounces of white button mushrooms
3 stalks of celery sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 bottle of oyster flavored sauce
3 tablespoons grape seed oil
Add the grape seed oil to the wok and set to high heat. When the oil is heated add the beef, onions, garlic and ginger. Once the meat is brown, add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are cooked. Add the soy sauces. Stir in the celery and cook until just heated. Add the oyster sauce.
Serve over hot brown rice.
